According to the tunnel disaster pre-warning system based on the SCADA technology, existing tunnel disaster prevention and rescue equipment is utilized to be combined with a remote automatic control technology so as to builda railway tunnel disaster prevention and rescue equipment monitoring system, the state of a construction area of a railway tunnel is monitored remotely in real time, automatic alarming is conducted when the danger is found, meanwhile operation of related equipment can be remotely controlled, and the emergency field rescuing function is achieved.
