The BMCis connected with the CPLD, used for reading data of detecting internal registers and sensors of the CPLD, and judging whether the data of the registers and the sensors are in working setting ranges,and also used for recording abnormal working status of the CPLD. The storage module is respectively connected with the BMC and the CPLD, and used for temporarily storing monitoring information of theCPLD status. According to the device of monitoring the server CPLD status, a method of monitoring the server CPLD status through the BMC is adopted, the BMC establishes data interaction with the CPLDthrough JTAG interfaces and an I2C bus, collection of important monitoring signals cannot be missed, and highly efficient and also comprehensive monitoring on server CPLD status information is realized.
