Abstract

A capsule manual inspection machine comprises a guide groove, an inspection groove provided with a pin hole, a defective product groove parallel to the inspection groove, a roller, and a qualified product groove positioned below the roller; the pin hole is provided with a dowel pin and a positioning spring; a capsule storage hole is formed in the peripheral surface of a rotating wheel; a positioning hole, sleeving the dowel pin when the capsule storage hole is aligned to the inspection groove, is formed beside the capsule storage hole; a discharge hole, communicating with the defective product groove, is formed in the side wall of the inspection groove; the guide groove comprises a lower section, and an upper section with a groove widthgradually reduced from top to bottom; the upper section comprises a bottom wall, a rolling mechanism, and a fixed side wall connected to one side of the bottom wall; the rolling mechanism comprises aconveying belt; and the conveying belt is positioned on the other side of the bottom wall, and forms the side wall of the upper section.
