Problems solved by technology

However, these hydrophobic surface preparation methods may require special substrates, or the process is cumbersome and complicated, or require high temperature, high pressure and other equipment, which is expensive. Therefore, simple raw materials, low-cost equipment and simple operation processes are used to prepare on stainless steel substrates. Hydrophobic surfaces are a pressing need

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing surface hydrophobic structural coating layers, belongs to the field of hydrophobic coating layer preparation, and in particular, relates to a method forelectrochemically etching steel part basal bodies and coating zinc oxide to form hydrophobic micron / nanometer structural coating layers. The method comprises the following specific steps: steel partsare firstly washed by alkali and acid, then, are put in low-concentration salt solution for constant-pressure electrolysis, in electroplating liquid for zinc electroplating and in stearic acid solution for dipping, and finally, are tempered at low temperature. The hydrophobic coating layers prepared by the method overcome high cost caused by selection of specific basal body materials, technical risks caused by rigid process condition requirements and dangers and pollutions caused by application of poisonous and harmful chemical reagents; the surface dewatering of the coating layers and the stability and the practicability of the coating layers are met; and industrial large-batch production is convenient.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of hydrophobic coating preparation, and in particular relates to a method for etching a steel substrate by an electrochemical method and coating zinc oxide to form a hydrophobic micro / nano structure coating. Background technique [0002] Based on the inspiration of the hydrophobic surfaces and structures of animals and plants in nature, people can construct biomimetic structures to realize the preparation of hydrophobic surfaces to solve problems in real life. At present, the preparation of hydrophobic surfaces mainly adopts vapor deposition method, etching method, electrochemical method, solution immersion method, hydrothermal method, spraying method and so on. However, these hydrophobic surface preparation methods may require special substrates, or the process is cumbersome and complicated, or require high temperature, high pressure and other equipment, which is expensive. Therefore, simple raw materials, low-cost e...
