Abstract

The invention provides a message broadcasting device and method for an enhancement parameter in a satellite navigation system. The message broadcasting device comprises a processor and a transmitter,wherein the processor determines the insertion position of the enhancement parameter in a reserved space in a navigation message frame structure model according to the byte size and broadcast frequency of the enhancement parameter required to be broadcast so as to perform message arrangement on the enhancement parameter; and the transmitter uploads the arranged message to a broadcast satellite formessage broadcasting. The navigation message frame structure model is defined by super-frames, main frames and sub-frames, wherein the sub-frame 1 is used for broadcasting basic navigation information of satellites of the satellite navigation system and transmitting the information in a time sharing manner by 10 pages, the sub-frame 2 to the sub-frame 4 are used for broadcasting integrity and difference information of the satellite navigation system and transmitting the information in a time sharing manner by 6 pages, and the sub-frame 5 is used for broadcasting all satellite almanac and ionosphere information of the satellite navigation system and time synchronization information of other systems and transmitting the information by 120 pages in a time sharing manner.
