The invention provides a liquid-free special pipe hydraulic forming method correspondingly. In this way, an oil cylinder penetrating throughthe top mold body and communicating with the molding cavity is arranged on the forming mold; water is injected into a sealed blank pipe through the water injection device in advance; and then the oilcylinder conducts compression to enable the blank pipe to undergo local plastic deformation and generate internal pressure to complete the bulging process. An internal pressure generation hydraulic system and a high-pressure source in the prior art are replaced. The structures of the sealing push heads and the whole hydraulic forming device are simplified.
