Abstract

The invention relates to a heat-resistant steel alloy material for a thermal power generating unit. The heat-resistant steel alloy material for the thermal power generating unit is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 0.05-0.15% of C, 0.02% of S, 0.02% of P, 0.5% of Si, 1% of Mn, 7.5-12.5% of Cr, 0.5% of Ni, 1% of Mo, 0.01-0.1% of Nb, 0.001-0.015% of Ti, 0.1-0.3% of V, 1.0-4.0% of W, 1.0-4.0% of Co, 0.1-1.0% of Cu, 0.2% of Zr, 0.05% of N, 0.02% of Al, 0.01-0.02% of B, 0.001-0.01% of Ba, 0.001-0.04% of Re, 0.01-0.1% of rare earth elements and the balance of Fe. The heat-resistant steel alloy material is prepared by the following steps: smelting, casting, ingot casting or cogging of cast ingots, rolling, post-forging thermal treatment and the like. The heat-resistantsteel alloy material provided by the invention has the advantages that the heat-resistant steel alloy is excellent in high-temperature endurance property and corrosion resistance, is stable in tissuein a long-term using process at high temperatures, and can serve as a high-temperature antioxidant part of steel for a turbine blade of an over 750 DEG C ultra-supercritical thermal power generatingunit, various combustors, heat resistors and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of stainless steel alloys, and in particular relates to a heat-resistant steel alloy material for a thermal power unit and a manufacturing process thereof. Background technique [0002] Coal-fired generator sets are mainly composed of combustion system, steam-water system, electrical system (mainly steam turbine generator, main transformer, etc.) and control system. The former two generate high-temperature and high-pressure steam; the electrical system realizes the transformation from thermal energy and mechanical energy to electrical energy; the control system ensures the safe, reasonable and economical operation of each system. [0003] Among them, the turbogenerator blades in the electrical system are affected by high temperature and high pressure steam, and they are subjected to a large bending moment during work. They must also withstand electrochemical corrosion and water drop erosion in the hot and hu...
