Abstract

The implementation process of the method comprises the steps that a time detection module used for detecting the current locking time of the DMD and a time register are added in the FPGA of a DMD control panel, the DAD control module of the DMD control panel is triggered to output reset pulses when the time detected by the timedetection module is greater than the preset time value in the time register and the DAD chip of the DMD control panel is enabled to output a group of voltage of -26V, 7.5V and 26V so that the DMD micromirror is enabled to return to the normal state from the locking state firstly and then overturn according to the value of the internal SRAM and finally is locked. According to the method, implementation is simple and the service life of the DMD can be enhanced at a low cost.
