Problems solved by technology

However, in practice, it has been found that even though this solution works in principle, it does not work correctly in every case (i.e. not in 100% of the cases)
Therefore, this solution is not well suited for practical implementation where tens of thousands of closures need to be delivered and each individual closure must function perfectly

Embodiment Construction

[0015] In the first embodiment, the lid closure comprises a total of four parts, in figure 1 Plastic parts 1 , 2 and 3 of these four parts are shown in , in particular in a view in which the three plastic parts are at a distance from each other along their common axis of rotation. The fourth component is a lamination film by means of which the lowest visible edge of the cylinder can be closed.

[0016] Starting from the top, the cap closure here configured as a twist cap closure comprises: a twist cap 1, then a fillable cup 2 below the twist cap and finally at the bottom most a receiving part 3, the cup 2 can Insert the receiving part. When the cup-shaped body 2 is inserted into the containing part 3, the piercing and cutting teeth 5 integrally formed under said cup-shaped body on its edge 4 and protruding downward beyond the edge do not extend all the way into the interior of the containing part 3 The lower edge 6 of the cylinder 7 . This cylinder 7 is connected at the upp...

Abstract

The invention relates to a refillable twist-top closure for containing and film-sealing a liquid or pourable filling inside the closure and for emptying only by turning the twist-top (1). The closure comprises: a containment part (3) screwed onto the threaded connection of the container and comprising a cylinder (7) open at the bottom, said cylinder (7) being sealed at the bottom by a membrane; and a cup (2), the cup can be introduced head-on into the cylinder (7). All plastic parts (1‑3) are made of vapor absorbing polymer and piercing and cutting teeth (5) extending in the axial direction are molded on the lower edge of the cup (2). Guides (9, 10, 28) on the outside of the cup (2) interact with guides (8, 12) on the screw cap (1). When the screw cap (1) is turned, the cup (2) is first caused to move axially in order to pierce the membrane (33) on the receiving part (3). After further rotation, only horizontal rotation is induced to cut the membrane (33) less than 360° along the membrane circumference. Finally, the cup (2) is again moved axially downwards so as to fold open the cut membrane (33), whereby the contents of the cup fall downwards.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a refillable lid closure, sealed at the bottom with a membrane, wherein the contents are emptied into a container, with which the closure is provided, on the one hand by rotating the lid of the closure or by simply pressing the lid axially. Background technique [0002] Many beverages today are already produced by mixing concentrates with water. It would be more efficient if the bottling machine could just fill the water locally and add the concentrate to the bottle's water and then mix it only with the initial opening of the bottle by the consumer, rather than dispensing the finished mix. All types of sensitive active ingredients and light-sensitive vitamins can also be metered with the aid of such closures. [0003] A known solution for metering individual liquids is a plastic metering closure for containers and associated container necks, as pointed out in WO 2012 / 175317 A1. This is a refillable closure, including a button...
