Abstract

The invention designs a secondary loop air conditioning heat pump system and a method thereof. The system comprises a refrigerant loop, a cold end liquid coolant loop and a hot end liquid coolant loop. The refrigerant loop comprises an electric compressor, a plate condenser, a throttle device and a plate evaporator. The cold end liquid coolant loop is connected to the plate evaporator, and the endof the evaporator transfers cold to liquid coolant, the liquid coolant is conveyed to a cooler in the room through a pump to realize the cooling mode, at this time, heat of the end of the condenser is discharged to the outdoor through an outdoor radiator, the hot end liquid coolant loop is connected to the plate condenser, the end of the condenser transfers heat to the liquid coolant, the liquidcoolant is conveyed to an indoor heater through a pump to realize the heating mode, at this time, the cold quantity of the end of the evaporator is discharged to the outdoor through the outdoor radiator, at the same time, the dehumidification function can be fulfilled by switching the liquid coolant loops. The secondary loop air conditioning heat pump system can effectively avoid the contact between a refrigerant and a passenger compartment, can control the temperature of a battery pack of the electric vehicle, and can recycle excess heat.
