The piston (7) vertically divides an inner cavity of the oil cylinder (2) into an oil inlet cavity (16) and an oil release cavity (17); an oil inlet hole (10) is formed in the upper end ofthe oil inlet cavity (16), and an oil release hole (1) is formed in the lower end of the oil release cavity (17); a control rod (4) is arranged in the center of the oil cylinder (2) in the axial direction; and the piston (7) is arranged on the control rod (4) in a sleeving manner through a sleeve hole, and a compression spring (5) is arranged between the lower portion of the piston (7) and the bottom of the oil cylinder (2).
