The electric heating structure comprises an electric heating control system and an electric heating device. The electronic switch circuit is used for adjusting the output power of the electric heating device according to the duty ratio. The electric heating device is used for preheating an air conditioner compressor. According to the technical scheme, the output power of the electric heating device can be adjusted according to the exhaust temperature of the compressor; compared with the method that preheating is conducted by adopting a constant-power electric heating device in the prior art, the heating speed of the compressor is high, and the preheating process safety can be ensured; and accordingly, the starting waiting time of an air conditioner compressor system under a low-temperature environment is reduced, energy consumption is reduced, and meanwhile, the user experience effect is improved.

The invention provides single-phase winding structures used for axial magnetic field motors and a coiling method thereof, a printed circuit board and a motor. The windings are arranged on 2N layers of PCB. The windings arranged on all layers of PCB except for the first layer of PCB are provided with winding cycle rings of which the number is the same with that of motor magnetic poles. The adjacent winding layers are serially connected via connecting holes arranged at the central parts of the winding cycles. The head end and the tail end of the winding end parts are arranged on the first layer of PCB. Cost of the windings is relatively low; the motor coefficient of the windings is relatively high; and the windings are realized through the mode of the PCB so that the shape of the 2D windings can be arbitrary, and the size and the thickness of the windings can be accurately controlled. The aforementioned is important for realization of the thin motor structure and enhancement of motor performance; and the lines of a motor driving circuit, a Hall sensor circuit and other electronic devices can be manufactured on the same PCB forming the motor windings so that utilization rate of motor space can be enhanced.

When used for medium voltage breakers, the mechanism can lower exciting current and increase electromagnetic force. The permanent magnetic operation mechanism mainly consists of a magnetic circuit system, a transmission system, a locking system, and a supporting system. Permanent magnet of the magnetic circuit system is embedded between the internal and external static iron cores; magnetic coils are embedded in the coil groove constituted by the internal and external static iron cores and dynamic iron cores. Clearance is reserved between the internal, external static iron cores and dynamic iron core. Core shaft is pressed on a limiting block by a nut after pulling through a lock disc, a dynamic iron core, and a switch spring, an end cover, and a limiting block in the magnetic circuit system. The invention can well control the closing and opening speed of switch contacts and reduce the collision and bouncing of contacts. Suitable for breakers of different voltage grades, particularly high voltage vacuum breakers with big open contacts, the invention can lower exciting current and energy consumption more reliably.

Evaporator and liquid reservoir used for loop heat pipe and application thereof

The invention discloses an evaporator and a liquid reservoir used for a loop heat pipe and belongs to the technical field of evaporators. A capillary core structure is adopted for spacing inner spaces of the evaporator and the liquid reservoir, liquid in the liquid reservoir can enter the evaporator through the capillary core, meanwhile the liquid is heated and evaporated to generate steam in the evaporator, and the steam flows out of a steam outlet in an end cover of the evaporator. Due to the fact that the capillary core can generate capillary pressure, the steam in the center of the evaporator can be effectively prevented from entering the liquid reservoir, distribution and flowing of the gas liquid are controlled, and then heat leakage from the evaporator to the liquid reservoir is effectively reduced. The distribution and a flowing route of the gas liquid in the evaporator are adjusted initiatively, therefore the radial heat leakage from the evaporator to the liquid reservoir can be completely eliminated, and the purpose that the heat leakage from the evaporator to the liquid reservoir is effectively reduced is achieved so that starting performance and running stability and reliability of the loop heat pipe can be improved.
