Abstract

The assembly tooling comprises a base, a bracket vertically fixed to the base, a bearing pedestal fixedly installed on the top ofthe bracket, a main shaft of which one end is coupled to the interior of the bearing pedestal, a rotating part slidably arranged in the middle of the main shaft in a sleeved manner, and a flange arranged at the other end of the main shaft in the sleeved manner and used for fixing a valve body of the pressure regulator; the rotating part and the flange are synchronously rotated with the main shaftthrough a No.1 key and a No.2 key separately; and the rotating part and the bearing pedestal are provided with fixing components which are matched with each other and used for preventing the main shaft from rotating. Compared with the prior art, the assembly tooling has the advantages that the valve body needs to be clamped in one time during assembly, and does not need to be turned over througha crown block or other devices in the process, so that the assembly efficiency is improved; the valve body is installed on the tooling by bolts and nuts, so that the valve body is reliably located inthe assembly process, and the assembly accuracy can be improved; and the safety of the assembly operation is improved.
