In use, the data analysis processing center determines the state of sound information according to the position and kind of unified sound information which is acquired by more than three sound acquisition devices. Furthermore the data analysis processing center transmits the type of the sound information and the position of the sound source to a related department through a specific network interface. Furthermore the data analysis processing center issues early-warning on a specific platform. The sound source positioning system can realize positioning of an accurate position of severe public safetyevents such as explosion or gun shooting in 0.5-1 minute. The error can be lower than 30 meters. Furthermore the sound acquisition devices can be arranged through combining with the urban road auxiliary facilities such as streetlamps, signal lamps and sign boards.
