A composite floor system is fabricated on-site with prefabricated cold-formed LGS joists and pre-cut OSB and plywood boards. MEPs are conveniently installed through floors and walls on-site. Same floor system also acts as a flat roof. This technology could be used to construct low-rise residential, commercial, and industrial buildings at a considerably faster speed and rate than conventional methods.
