Abstract

The invention discloses a relay-protection safety operation method of an intelligent substation. On the basis of a substation SCD file and fault waveform data, a debugging configuration file of a to-be-debugged relay protection device is generated intelligently, so that repeated manual configuration is avoided. With a data compression module, the method has characteristics of low power consumption, small calculation amount, and high compression ratio according to a front-back waveform differential compression algorithm based on waveform periodic characteristics; the waveform data compression effect is good; and the manufacturing cost of the relay protection fault recording and playback system is lowered substantially. Fault waveform data of a period of time before and after a fault time are extracted from all fault recording files; fault feature quantity calculation of all primary equipment components is carried out by using primary equipment components as units so as to form intermediate data, so that the own restriction of the fault recording file is eliminated. According to the debugging configuration file and the to-be-debugged relay protection device, a matched relay protection operation file is generated; after the relay protection operation file is installed at the to-be-debugged relay protection device, pre-installing debugging is carried out on the to-be-debugged relayprotection device; and the performances of the to-be-debugged relay protection device are determined to be normal under the circumstance that the testing result is identical with a predicted result.
