Abstract

The present invention relates to a sensing device for measuring physical properties of fluid medium using fiber based cantilevers embedded in a cartridge. More particularly, a cartridge (100) is proposed, comprising: at least one fluidic channel (103), at least one light channel (102), at least one chamber (104) located at the intersection of the fluidic channel (103) and the light channel (102),at least one light guide (101) placed in the light channel (102); wherein the light guide (101) is at least partially contained in the respective chamber (104), the light guide (101) has a movable section (106), and vibration of the movable section (106) is externally actuatable.
