The Christmas tree device comprises an oil pipe, a sleeve, an oil pipe hanger, a liquid phase outlet, agas phase outlet, an electric submersible pump and a heating device. The oil pipe is sleeved with the sleeve, and an oil sleeve annulus is formed between the sleeve and the oil pipe; the upper end ofthe oil pipe is inserted in the oil pipe hanger, the liquid phase outlet communicates with the oil pipe through a water pumping pipeline side main valve, and the gas phase outlet communicates with theoil sleeve annulus through a gas extracting pipeline side main valve; the electric submersible pump is arranged at the tail end of the oil pipe and communicates with the oil pipe; and the heating device is arranged on the lower portion of the electric submersible pump.
