Abstract

The novel controlling method can imitate artificial intelligence according to water intake variation in waterworks on the basis of established structures, equipment, instruments and technologies in sewage treatment plants, the method being different from manual or automatic control methods. The method is characterized in that the novel process controlling method through artificial intelligence control is provided; an operation module and operation parameter which should be optimized by each process adjustment unit can be calculated for 24 hours according to the water quality changes of a sewage plant; and therefore, indexes like COD, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen and total phosphorus can be ensured to reach the standard, and minimum electricity and chemical consumption can be realized. Intelligent control of the open and close and frequency of fans, water pumps and valves can achieve the purposes of optimizing systems, reducing power consumption and enhancing operation stability; and the system can replace most of daily technical management works of sewage treatment engineers, be a management assistant of a large-scale sewage treatment plant, and enhance the technical management level of small and medium-sized sewage treatment plants.
