The invention further discloses a preparation method of the special sproutingsoil for Malabar spinach, and the preparation method comprises the steps: soil selection, mixing and pretreatment; soil frying and freezing; fermentation; and mixing. The special sprouting soil for Malabar spinach, provided by the invention, is high in nutrient content and loose and soft in soil quality, the Malabar spinach seeds sprouted by using special sprouting soil are short in sprouting period and high in efficiency, the sprouting ratio can reach 98% which is increased by 20% as comparison with an existing sprouting method, and the Malabar spinach seeds sprouted by using special sprouting soil is low in incidence rate and high in growth speed after being planted; and the preparation method of the special sprouting soil for Malabar spinach is simple, free of expensive instruments andtest conditions and suitable for the extensive grass-roots farmers, and the special sprouting soil can be successfully prepared by common peasant families according to the method.
