The device comprises a side wall template, a template pressure beam, a steel tube inclined throwing support, an anti-floating reinforcement ring and flower basket screws, wherein theside wall template is arranged outside a structural side wall; the template pressure beam is arranged outside the side wall template; the upper and lower ends of the template pressure beam are fixed and riveted by a horizontal pull rod; one end of the steel tube inclined throwing support is connected with the template pressure beam for reinforcing the template pressure beam, and the other end of the template pressure beam is connected to a bottom plate; the anti-floating reinforcement ring is pre-embedded into a chamfer position at a joint of the bottom plate and the structural side wall; andthe flower basket screws are connected with the template pressure beam and the pre-embedded anti-floating reinforcement ring for vertically restraining and horizontally reinforcing again.
