Abstract

A soil heavy metal leaching experiment system is characterized by consisting of three parts including a water supply system, a leaching system and a receiving system, wherein the water supply system consists of a leaching liquid storage bottle, a liquid feeding pipe, a peristaltic pump and a rubber plug. The leaching system comprises a leaching column; an upper filter material layer, an upper porous partition board, a lower porous partition board, a lower filter material layer and a hydraulic jack are sequentially arranged in the leaching column from top to bottom; the upper filter material layer consists of quartz sand, filter cloth and filter paper from top to bottom; a sample accommodating cavity is formed between the upper porous partition board and the lower porous partition board; the lower filter material layer consists of filter paper, filter cloth and quartz sand from top to bottom. The receiving system comprises a water collecting bottle arranged at the lower part of the leaching system. The system overcomes defects of existing static leaching experiments and dynamic column tests and can freely control the leaching time and intensity of water and water volume, simulate contaminated soil and study effects of different heavy metal pollutants on soil strength.
