Abstract

The invention relates to a digital designing and manufacturing method for an apical surgery guide plate. The method comprises the steps that 1) intraoral soft and hard tissue data of a patient is acquired through oral CBCT scanning, and a CBCT model is reconstructed in a three-dimensional mode; 2) a three-dimensional digital image of the surface information of teeth and mucosas of the patient is acquired through intraoral 3D optical scanning; 3) the CBCT model is combined with a three-dimensional optical scanning model to accurately reconstruct a target tissue; 4) 3D model design is carried out on the apical surgery guide plate by applying reverse engineering software; and 5) the guide plate is manufactured according to a 3D apical surgery guide plate model through 3D printing. According to the method, the CBCT three-dimensional image and intraoral 3D scanning are combined, the cut length, angle and depth of a root apex and the range of the root apex lesion are accurately positioned through the computer-aided design, the apical surgery guide plate is manufactured through 3D printing, and therefore the surgery can be accurately controlled, the surgical risk can be reduced, in addition, the operation difficulty can be lowered to the maximum extent, and the operation efficiency can be improved.
