The invention discloses a fruit classification and preservation monitoring system, which comprises a processor, a carbon dioxide monitoring module, a temperature monitoring module, a humidity monitoring module, an input module, an air conditioning control module, a humidifier control module, a data transmission module and an early warning module, wherein the processor is arranged in a general monitoring room and is responsible for receiving information uploaded by the carbon dioxide monitoring module, the temperature monitoring module, the humidity monitoring module and the input module, setting thresholds and sending control instructions; the carbon dioxide monitoring module and the temperature monitoring module are arranged in the storage room for each class of fruit; the air conditioning control module is responsible for receiving a control instruction to control operation of the air conditioner; the humidifier control module is responsible for receiving a control instruction to control operation of the humidifier; and the early warning module is connected with the processor and is responsible for performing early warning when the processor sends the control instructions. The operation states of the air conditioner and the humidifier in the storage room for each class of fruit can be adjusted, and fruit storage management is facilitated.
