Abstract

The machining method comprises the following steps that after a workpiece is calibrated, welding fixing steel plates are locally added to four corners of the workpiece, then, the workpiece is firmly welded to an austenite manganese steel body so that the austenite manganese steel plate can be fixedly clamped, and then, a back large plane is machined through an X2025-4 planer milling machine; and 2, an X3535 trimming milling machine is refitted, wherein on one hand, a workbench speed changing box is redesigned and remanufactured, and the output power and torque of the speed changing box are increased, so that the machining requirement that a workbench bears a product as heavy as over 10 tons is met; and on the other hand, a stand column cutter head at one end of the double-end trimming milling machine is dismounted, and the double-end milling machine is changed into a single-end milling machine so that the requirement of the machining length of 4100 mm can be met.
