Abstract

The engine oil cutoff detection switch and temperature detection integrated device comprisesa sensor base and a sensor mounting column. An upper probe and a lower probe are rotatably mounted on the sensor mounting column correspondingly. Connecting wires of the upper and lower probes are connected with an external control circuit. Two PCBs are mounted in the upper probe. A thermistor R2 and a heating resistor R3are mounted on one PCB. A thermistor R1 is mounted on the other PCB. A pt100is mounted in the lower probe. On the external control circuit, an electrical bridge is connected with the input end of a differential amplifier through a 15v power module. The output end of the differential amplifier is connected with a relay through an analog-digital conversion module and a signal amplifier. The relay is used for controlling the working state of a single-pole double-throw switch on the external control circuit.
