Abstract

The invention discloses a pump based intelligent control system, and relates to a control system. The problems that when pressure abnormality happens, liquid cannot meet the specified requirement, andeven the service life of a pipeline is influenced are solved. According to the technical scheme, the pump based intelligent control system comprises a master control terminal, a login module, a pressure detection module and an emergency stop module. Login data and pressure benchmark data are preset in the master control terminal. When login information is consistent with the login data, the system is activated, and pressure detection signals output by the pressure detection module are sought by users. When the pressure detection signals are larger than the benchmark data, the emergency stop module is started so as to achieve the pump stop work. According to the pump based intelligent control system, through detection on the pressure in a pump, the use state of the pump is detected all thetime, stop can be achieved once one end exceeds the preset pressure benchmark data, and therefore the service life is prolonged, and safety is improved.
