A serum biomarker which is used for clinical lung cancer diagnosis and is simple to operate, low in cost, high in accuracy and noninvasive is provided. Research shows that with application of an ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) method in detection of the serum TOP2A autoantibody, lung cancer patients, normal people and patients with chronic lung diseases can be more accurately distinguished, and the TOP2A autoantibody can be used for early diagnosis of lung cancer. Under the background, the lung cancer patients are detected conveniently, quickly and effectively, and the TOP2A autoantibody can be used for clinical early diagnosis of lung cancer.
