Abstract

The invention provides an optical emission component and an optical module. The optical emission component comprises a shell, a laser array which is built-in and fixed on the shell, a lens which is arranged on the laser light emission path and built-in and fixed on the shell and a focusing ring and an optical fiber adapter which are arranged on the laser light emission path. The first side wall ofthe shell passed by the laser light emission path is provided with a through hole. The focusing ring is fixed on the external side of the first side wall. The light emitted by the laser is incident into the focusing ring through the through hole. The external diameter of the light incident side of the optical fiber adapter is less than the external diameter of the light emergent side. The light incident side of the optical fiber adapter is sleeved in the focusing ring. According to the optical emission component and the optical module, multiple paths of laser is included and the size is smallso that the optical emission component and the optical module can meet the actual demand.
