Abstract

The invention provides an intelligent surgery decision system orienting a percutaneous surgery robot and an application method thereof. The system comprises a target human tissue extraction module which is used for performing three-dimensional modeling of the tissues and the organs in the target percutaneous area according to ultrasonic detection of the target percutaneous area on the target humanbody and extracting the target human organ based on the established model; a percutaneous needle pose module which is used for acquiring the position information and the pose information of the percutaneous needle under the current pose of the percutaneous surgery robot based on the motor code value of the percutaneous surgery robot and the operation platform mechanical parameters; and a prediction and decision module which is used for estimating the probability of success of the next percutaneous performance of the current percutaneous pose and the percutaneous pose of the maximum probability of success of one time of percutaneous performance based on the target human organ, the position information and the pose information of the percutaneous needle and the percutaneous success database.
