Abstract

The invention discloses a novel positioning method for a sound source orientation. On the basis of a sound source orientation estimation algorithm, positioning of a sound source orientation is carriedout; a four-element microphone array is established and the sound source orientation estimation algorithm is introduced into an array model; and sound source orientation data inversion is performed based on the forward data. The simulation results show that the novel algorithm has advantages of high positioning precision and low error rate; compared with the traditional straight triangular pyramid type sound source orientation positioning algorithm, the novel positioning method enables the horizontal deflection angle and elevation error to be reduced by about 10% and 1% respectively; and theeffect is good.
