The method comprises the following steps: firstly selecting gas with the lowest cross sensitivity to ameasuring probe from the mixed gas as first reference gas and obtaining a concentration measurement value Cgo of the first reference gas through the measuring probe; after the first reference gas isremoved, selecting gas with the lowest cross sensitivity to the measuring probe from the mixed gas as second reference gas and obtaining a concentration measurement value Cg1 of the second reference gas through the measuring probe; after the interference of the first reference gas to the measurement concentration of the second reference gas is eliminated by a compensation algorithm, obtaining a concentration value Cgr1 after second reference gas compensation and replacing the Cg1 with the concentration value Cgr1; in a same manner, sequentially obtaining concentration values of new reference gas remaining the mixed gas till the to-be-measured gas required is processed into reference gas by the compensation algorithm.
