Each monitoring unit comprises a rain gauge, a liquid level meter, a first water quality meter, a second water quality meter, a water pump,a flow meter, a control cabinet, and a power supply module, wherein the rain gauge is used for measuring the rainfall of the rainwater garden; the water quality meters are arranged in the aquifer ofthe rainwater garden; the liquid level meter, the second water quality meter and the water pump are arranged in a water collecting tank; the flow meter is installed on the water outlet pipe of the water pump; the controller and a wireless transmission module are arranged in the control cabinet; the controller transmits the monitored data to the remote data center through the wireless transmissionmodule; and the remote data center processes the received data to obtain a runoff reduction rate and a pollutant removal rate of the rainwater garden.
