The seedling-raising discis formed by laminating multiple layers of small seedling-raising discs, wherein each of the mall seedling-raising discs consists of a basic disc and a seedling-raising cup; the basic discs are provided with hole positions of holes; the seedling-raising cups are arranged under the hole positions of the holes at intervals; after the multiple layers of small seedling-raising discs are laminated, only one seedling-raising cup is arranged under each of the hole positions of the holes; the effects of trimming and thinning of seedlings and transplantation can be realized through simply detaching the small seedling-raising discs, so that labor input is greatly reduced, transplantation and trimming and thinning of the seedlings can be greatly improved, and the space also can be effectively reduced. More importantly, damage on seedling bodies, in particular to roots of the seedling bodies, is avoided, normal growth of plant bodies is ensured, and death of the plant bodies caused by damage of the roots in the processes of trimming and thinning of the seedlings and the transplantation is reduced.
