The invention discloses a management method for midcourt line type tailing dam construction, a device, electronic equipment and a computer readable medium. The management method comprises the steps ofobtaining dam construction parameters in real time through a three-dimensional laser scanner; determining the actual cumulative tailing discharge time according to the current construction parametersof the dam; determining the actual downstream cumulative coarse sand volume by the three-dimensional laser scanner and supporting software; determining the daily average coarse sand volume accordingto the actual cumulative tailing discharge time, the actual downstream cumulative coarse sand volume and predetermined construction parameters; obtaining the dam construction parameters and the predetermined construction parameters in real time through the three-dimensional laser scanner so as to determine a downstream sand deficient region and the deficient sand volume; and determining a coarse sand discharge plan in the next stage according to the daily average coarse sand volume, the downstream sand deficient region and the deficient sand volume. The management method disclosed by the invention for midcourt line type tailing dam construction can perform fine management on the subsequent tailing classification and dam construction process, thereby avoiding the waste or deficiency of classified coarse tailing sand and premature or delayed construction of sub-dams.
