The method comprises the following steps of: obtaining a current detection temperature of eachtemperature zone by a temperature detecting device arranged in the temperature zone of the ring cooler; inputting the current detection temperature of each temperature zone into a pre-trained neutralnetwork model to obtain a predicating temperature, namely the temperature, obtained by considering mutual coupling and other interference factors of the temperature in each temperature zone, of the temperature zone; and comparing the predicating temperature of each temperature zone with a temperature threshold value which corresponds to the temperature zone, and regulating air quantity output by an air blower which corresponds to the temperature zone which exceeds the temperature threshold value, thereby realizing regulation on the temperature in each temperature zone.
