Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of automatic material carrying and provides a light-load material carrying robot. The carrying robot comprises a bottom slewing mechanism, a Z-axis linearmoving mechanism, a horizontal linear moving mechanism, a hand slewing mechanism, a mechanical claw and a balance weight system. The Z-axis linear moving mechanism is fixed to the bottom slewing mechanism. The Z-axis linear moving mechanism and the horizontal linear moving mechanism are connected. The horizontal linear moving mechanism is connected with the mechanical claw through the hand slewingmechanism. The hand slewing mechanism moves on the horizontal linear moving mechanism in the horizontal direction. The hand slewing mechanism controls the connected mechanical claw to rotate. The mechanical claw achieves grabbing and releasing of materials. The balance weight system is connected with a cantilever of the horizontal linear moving mechanism through a steel wire rope. The robot effectively overcomes the defects that an existing four-freedom-degree connecting rod type joint carrying robot is insufficient in work space reaching, high in manufacturing cost and high in self-weight.
