The device comprises a first magnet (1), a second magnet (2), an induction coil (3)and a control module (5), wherein the first magnet (1) and the second magnet (2) are used for establishing a magnetic field under an operation state of a load on a motor; the induction coil (3) is used for inducing a change amount of the magnetic field; the control module (5) is used for determining whether the change amount is greater than or equal to a first set value, and determining that a connection state between the motor and the load is abnormal if the change amount is greater than or equal to the first set value.
