mesh model; the output end of the data conversion unit is connected with the input end of a CAE acceleration curve acquisition unit sequentially through a vip2 file conversion unit and a CAE
simulation analysis unit; measured data in a
physical test acquisition unit is also connected with a
physical test acceleration curve acquisition unit after being subjected to calculation
processing by the finite element
mesh model so as to obtain a head acceleration curve; and the output ends of the CAE acceleration curve acquisition unit and the
physical test acceleration curve acquisition unit are connected with a comparison unit. Known from comparison, a CAE acceleration obtained by the method disclosed by the present invention is consistent with a physical test curve in trend, and is universal, thereby determining reliability of the method.
