The machining method for the shell of the electronic product comprises the following steps that a sheet metal is provided, wherein the sheet metal is provided with an inner profile face and an outer profile face which are oppositely arranged; the inner profile face is forged and machined; the sheet metal forged and machined is placed on an adsorption plate, the inner profile face is attached to the adsorption plate, the brink of the inner profile face is in contact with the upper end ofa base, adsorption grooves are vacuumized through a vacuum tube, a through hole and an air hole, and the inner profile face is adsorbed by the adsorption grooves; and computerized numerical control (CNC) machining is conducted on the outer profile face of the sheet metal adsorbed on the adsorption plate, and the shell is acquired. According to the machining method for the shell of the electronic product, in the CNC machining process, resilient support is provided for the inner profile face of the sheet metal by the adsorption plate; undesirable appearance traces such as tool vibration patternsand the like generated in the forging machining process of the inner profile face can be eliminated; and the profile tolerance of the inner profile face and the outer profile face of the shell is small.
