Abstract

The invention discloses a magnetic type hydraulic jet descaling device and a control method thereof. The magnetic type hydraulic jet descaling device comprises an outer shell and a controller, a waterstorage box body is arranged on the middle portion of the outer shell, a water inlet of the water storage box body is connected with a jet pump, a plurality of jet channels leading to the outer portion of the bottom of the outer shell are distributed at the bottom of the water storage box body, and the jet channels are provided with corresponding solenoid valves. A controller controls the jet pump to provide jet water for the water storage box body when the jet pump is opened. The opening and closing of each solenoid valve is controlled so as to open or close the corresponding jet channel toachieve the movement of the device or dirt removal. The magnetic type hydraulic jet descaling device is further provided with an ultrasonic rangefinder to detect the distance from a metal plate, the thickness of the dirt is determined and information is fed back the to the controller. An iron core wound with a coil is arranged on the upper portion in the outer shell. The controller controls the current intensity flowing through the coil to realize the locking and releasing of positions of the device. The magnetic type hydraulic jet descaling device can avoid the impact on the environment in the traditional chemical descaling process, and the device is simple and light in structure and flexible in movement.
