The controllable hysteresis damping joint rehabilitation tool mainly comprises a shell and a cover body which are connected with two sides of a joint respectively; a sealed space is formed between the shell and the cover body and is filled with a magnetorheological fluid; a damping code disc is fixed onto the shellor the cover body; and when a joint rotates, the damping code disc rotates with the shell and the cover body, so that resistance is formed between the damping code disc and the magnetorheological fluid; a user can control the resistance through controlling the magnitude of current in a coil; since the change of the current affects the viscosity of the magnetorheological fluid, the resistance of the damping code disc and the magnetorheological fluid can be changed, and therefore, the stress state of the joint at different motion angles can be effectively improved, and potential hurt to the body of the user during a rehabilitation training process can be decreased.
