Abstract

The present application discloses a circularly polarized waveguide array antenna, a double circularly polarized waveguide array antenna and a manufacturing method thereof. The present application mainly arranges sequentially arranged circularly polarized slot structures on the upper metal surface of the substrate integrated waveguide. Wherein, each circularly polarized slot structure includes two offset oblique slots forming an angle with each other. Using the circularly polarized slot structure, circularly polarized waves are generated when electromagnetic waves are fed in, so that a single circular pole can be formed separately. Polarized waveguide array antennas or combined to form dual circularly polarized waveguide array antennas. This type of antenna has a simple structure and high work efficiency, and is suitable for millimeter wave communication application scenarios.
