Abstract
The invention discloses a production process for nori popecorn, which comprises the following steps: (1) nori solution is prepared; (S2) nibletcorn grains are put into the nori solution and uniformlymixed, so that the nori of the nori solution is attached to the surfaces of the corn grainsniblets; (S3) the corn grainsniblets with the nori attached on the surfaces are filtered and dried; (S4) thedried corn grainsniblets are put into a closed heating oven and heated, and thereby the nori popcorn is obtained. By adopting the process, nori can be evenly attached to the surface of the popcorn, moreover, the process is convenient to operate in comparison with the conventional process, and the obtained nori popcorn tastes good and has a vivid color.
