Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: a C-arm of the C-arm X-ray machine is arranged at a limit endof a C slip stroke; a bulb focus emits X-rays for exposure; a horizontal sliding device and a pedestal lifting column of the C-arm X-ray machine move in linkage so as to make a target object locate in an X-ray target angle region; the horizontal sliding device, the pedestal lifting column, the C-arm move in linkage, and the C-arm slides along a C-arm bracket to the other limit end of the C-sliding stroke; in this way, the trajectory of the bulb focus centers the center of the target object and is an arc trajectory having a radius which is the distance between the bulb focus and the center ofthe target object; the bulb stops emitting the X-rays and the exposure ends, so that a three-dimensional image of the target object output by a panel detector is obtained. The invention makes the 3D imaging of the C-arm X-ray machine with a small stroke convenient and fast. The C-arm can be enlarged, so that the imaging range can be enlarged.
