Abstract

The invention discloses a contact displacement sensor measurement device. The contact displacement sensor measurement device comprises a measurement part and a data conversion part; the measurement part comprises a shell; the connection part on the top of the shell and the data conversion part are detachably connected; the connection part is provided with a support arm, and extends to the bottom of the shell; the sensor in the shell is electrically connected with the data conversion part; the first end of the sensor is fixed on a measurement pen; the second end lower than the first end is fixed on the support arm; the tail end of the measurement pen capable of vertically moving in the shell is provided with a probe extending from the bottom end face of the shell, and relatively moves corresponding to a tested body, so that the measurement pen is driven to upwardly move; the first end is far away from the second end; strain is generated; and the data conversion part completes measurement. The invention further discloses a contact displacement sensor measurement circuit. According to the contact displacement sensor measurement device and circuit in the invention, on the basis of a flexible strain sensor, measurement is carried out by adoption of a detachable structure matched with the flexible strain sensor; therefore, the system flexibility, the original signal sensitivity and the measurement accuracy are improved; the circuit complexity is reduced; the structure is simple; and measurement is rapid.
