The device comprises a power supply, a high-sensitivity piezoelectric ceramic, a gear ring, an iron core, aspiral line probe, a permanent magnet, a high-sensitivity strain gage, a divider resistor, a ground wire and a signal transmission wire, wherein the iron core is arranged at the center of the spiralline probe; the lower end of the iron core is connected with the permanent magnet; the periphery of the gear ring is opposite to the upper end of the iron core at the center of the spiral line probe;a gap exists between the gear ring and the spiral line probe; the upper and lower ends of the high-sensitivity piezoelectric ceramic are respectively connected with two leading-out terminals of the spiral line probe; the high-sensitivity strain gage is arranged on the side surface of the high-sensitivity piezoelectric ceramic; one end of the high-sensitivity strain gage is connected with the powersupply and the other end of the high-sensitivity strain gage is divided into two paths; and one path is connected with the signal transmission wire and the other path is connected with the ground wire through the divider resistor.
