Abstract

The invention provides a structure for the welding processing of a non-slip strip on a tray and relates to the field of plastic tray hot-plate welding structures. The structure comprises a chain group, wherein a plurality of hot air guns are erected on the upper side of the chain group and connected to an air blower; each hot air gun corresponds to one non-slip strip winding drum; the feeding direction of the chain group is utilized as the positive direction; a workpiece cutting device is arranged on the downstream sides of the hot air guns and comprises a cutter erected above the chain group;the cutter is capable of sliding on a transverse rail which is horizontally perpendicular to the chain group; the transverse rail is mounted on a synchronous rail; the synchronous rail and the chaingroup are arranged in a parallel and same-direction manner; and a reading mechanism which runs synchronously with the chain group is also arranged on the chain group and capable of feeding back running data of the chain group to a power source utilized for driving the transverse rail. The structure is reasonable in coordination and can be aimed at the welding of the non-slip strip during the traywelding processing process; and by the adoption of the structure, the non-slip strip can be welded to the surface of the tray during the pipelined transportation process.
