A fluid control valve has a first flowpassage (27) and a second flow passage (28), which connect a first port (13a) and a second port (13b) in parallel. The first flow passage (27) is provided with an opening / closing valve mechanism (34)for temporarily opening the first flow passage (27) when pressurized fluid is supplied to the first port (13a). The second flow passage (28) is provided with a throttle valve mechanism (41) for opening the second flow passage (28) in a limiting manner.
