Abstract

A method for estimating robustness of an electric power system is a fuzzy adaptive robust estimation (FARE) method for an electric power system. Considering the uncertainty of measurement weights, continuous fuzzy membership degree is used to evaluate the quality of measurement points, and the problem that the measurement points are not good or bad is solved well. In order to minimize the sum of weighted fuzzy membership degree of the inferiority of measurement points, the primal-dual interior point method (Primal-Dual Interior Point Method (PDIPM) realizes self-adaptation to measurement grosserror.
